Once they realized he wasn't in the kitchen anymore they moved on to the rest of the house. It didn't take long before Ansleigh found him (that kid is quick) in Mommy's crochet bag.
Ansleigh: "DON'T TOUCH HIM!!! HE'LL LOSE HIS MAGIC!!!!" |
Needless to say, they were very excited. |

Alfie realized how cold the North Pole was last night and decided to crochet himself a tiny scarf when he got home this morning :) |
I think he did a pretty good job :) |
After they asked me a million and one questions about how he flies, and what he told Santa, we found a new spot for him to hang out today. We decided the mantel is a nice place for him during the day because he can easily keep and eye on everyone from there. And Sophia doesn't let anyone forget that "Alfie can see you doing that." lol
Remember, he's always watching........ |
I absolutley LOVE your blog and how the pictures tell the story! <3
ReplyDeleteOh Mandy, my side hurts now from laughing so hard! You captured all the excitement... I feel just as though I'm there and Alfie can see me too! This is soooo much fun! Love, Mama
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented! The pictures are wonderful and I could feel the kid's excitement reading this! What memories you are making with your new family and how blessed those kids are to have you as their Mommy!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad the girls are enjoying Alfie! Reading your blogs shows what great parents you and Derek are. Some people question their purpose in life - you will never have to do that!
ReplyDeleteLove - Sandra
